Crunchy Peppermint Bark Smoothie

Crunchy Peppermint Bark Smoothie


What you need

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint oil
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp raw cocoa nibs
  • raw cocoa nibs for garnish

What to do
  1. Add almond milk, dates, cocoa powder, and peppermint oil to blender on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add ice and cocoa nibs and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Serve immediately with cocoa nibs as garnish.
