Crunchy Peppermint Bark Smoothie
What you need
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 dates
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint oil
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp raw cocoa nibs
- raw cocoa nibs for garnish
- Add almond milk, dates, cocoa powder, and peppermint oil to blender on high speed until smooth.
- Add ice and cocoa nibs and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve immediately with cocoa nibs as garnish.
